Bryan Morris is a seasoned professional with a rich background in insurance agency ownership and business coaching. He currently serves as the Founder and President of Instrats, a Maryland-based business coaching service he founded in January 2023. At Instrats, he offers personalized coaching services to entrepreneurs and small businesses, leveraging his expertise in entrepreneurship, business strategy, business planning, and positive mindset training. His deep commitment to client success and passion for sharing knowledge are evident in his comprehensive and collaborative coaching style, which addresses key challenges and empowers clients to take full control of their businesses and daily processes.
Before founding Instrats, Bryan Morris served as the Founder and President of Wellspring Insurance Network Inc. for nine years, from February 2014 to January 2023. At Wellspring, he provided strategic direction, executive leadership, and fostered company growth by selling life, home, auto, and commercial insurance products. Like any small business leader, his role encompassed a wide range of responsibilities, including marketing, business strategy development, attending professional development events, financial oversight, digital marketing, content optimization, report preparation, and implementation of new hire training programs. Bryan’s strong commitment to client service was a key factor in the success of Wellspring Insurance Network.
Prior to establishing Wellspring Insurance Network, Bryan held the ownership position of Vice President at Mountain Valley Insurance Services LLC. In this senior leadership role, his primary objective was to drive organizational growth and profitability. To achieve this, he spearheaded several key initiatives designed to boost sales. In his efforts to ensure the smooth functioning of Mountain Valley Insurance, Bryan enforced adherence to company policies and regularly updated the board of directors on the company’s performance and strategic direction.
